These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Moodboard ("Service") operated by Moodboard. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

Moodboard is a browser-based software tool that helps users upload photos and export them as PDF moodboards. The Service includes free and paid plans as described on our pricing page.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a paid plan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your use of the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use the Service for prohibited or high-risk activities

Paid plans and billing

Paid subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Prices are shown on our website before checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize recurring or one-time charges as described at checkout.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period.
• Taxes may be added where required by law.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support@moodboard.app.
• After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refund policy

Because Moodboard delivers digital software access, all sales are generally final once access is granted. That said, we want customers to be satisfied with the Service.

• If you experience a technical issue that prevents reasonable use of a paid plan, contact support@moodboard.app within 14 days of purchase.
• If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.
• Refund requests made after substantial use of paid features may be declined.
• Chargebacks without first contacting support may result in account suspension.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, branding, and templates. You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant us only the limited rights needed to provide the Service.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moodboard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
